How to use the portal

Short videos with captions. Every video has the same steps written out next to it, and a full transcript, so you can watch, read, or both. The people and messages shown are examples, not real clients.

This page is not for emergencies. If you are in danger or in crisis, call 911, or call or text 988.

For clients

Shown on a phone. The portal works the same way on a tablet or computer.

  4. Choose Draft notes. You get a group summary and one note per client who spoke.

Transcript

In a live session, choose Start transcription. It starts only if every client who joined the session has agreed. If someone has not, it tells you how many, never who.

Everyone in the room sees the notice. No audio is recorded. If a client who has not agreed joins, transcription stops on its own.

When group is over, end the session. Then choose Session notes on the group, and open the session.

Choose Draft notes. In a minute or two you have a group summary and one note for each client who spoke.

Anything that may be a safety concern is listed first. These are prompts for your clinical judgment, not findings.

Each client's note sits beside the lines that client actually said. Read it, correct it, and choose Sign.

Nothing is filed until you sign it. When the last note for a session is signed, its transcript is deleted.
